We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or have expired by the time they reach you. We ask that you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an expired product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
- Damaged Products: If your product is damaged during delivery, please provide us with photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Expired Products: If you receive a product that has expired, please provide us with a photo of the product’s expiration date.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
- Email us at support@shineeorganics.com with your order number, details about the product issue, and any relevant photographs.
- We will respond with instructions on how to proceed, including whether the product should be returned to us.
No Exchange or Refund on Other Grounds:
Please note, aside from the exceptions stated above, we do not accept returns or exchanges. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and ensure the safety of all our customers, we strictly adhere to this policy.
Shipping Costs for Returning Damaged or Expired Products:
If your return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged or expired item. Instructions on how to return the products, along with prepaid shipping labels if applicable, will be provided in our response to your claim.
Processing of Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
